Our background
LeanEco was founded in december 2007 by Klaus Moth. The founder has a background in both market and technology gained from his positions as research director for a global UPS supplier 2000-2007, following 10 years as VP, R&D in a global company offering high-reliability power electronics for launchers and satellites.
Our management team has intensive management and leadership skills and experience from top management positions within American Power Conversion, Alcatel Space, Bang&Olufsen, Focon Electronic Systems A/S, PowerLynx A/S, Danfoss Solar Inverters A/S and Enecsys Ltd.
Our technical team has 70+ man-years of experience in power electronics (UPS, solar inverters and aerospace).
LeanEco is backed by private investors and Vækstfonden.
In addition, LeanEco's development activities are supported by EUDP.

Critical IT infrastructure has for more than 25 years endured an imbalanced mixture of incumbent technologies and an unanticipated lack of evolution. To some extent, this has been sought compensated for by increasingly complex planning and management – as well as a disproportionate demand for service and maintenance.
